Highland Stag, Gazing Towards Muck, Eeigg and Rum
This is an old photo (taken in October 2016), and a wee bit grainy but still one of my favourite memories from the time I lived over in Ardnamurchan. We had a rare day off, and the sky was incredibly clear, so headed up from Kilchoan towards the junction for Kilmory to see the sun set and watch the deer congregate. The locals call the spot the Cairn, and the deer come down in droves each night as the sun sets. Again, it's not the best quality photo, but I just loved watching this stag look out towards Muck, Eigg and Rum (and maybe the Cuillins?) as the sky was at its most intense...
