A Steam Train in the Scottish Highlands

This photo was taken on 1st May 2025, when I had forewarning that the Lancashire Fusilier steam train was heading south from Wick.

It was a wonderful moment seeing the train rush past on its way out of Evanton towards Dingwall.

Even better, I managed to catch the Cromarty Firth and the Black Isle behind the train.
